JOHN joined the 8th Battalion, Highland Light Infantry as Pte 7295, and went to France on 17th February, 1915.
JOHN sustained severe wounds in action and was invalided back to Scotland.
JOHN CURRIE Died of Wounds on 27 Oct 1915, age 19, at the Victoria Infirmary, Glasgow.
